As you may know, I wrote my memoirs, “Did I ever thank you, Sister?” 10 years ago. I wasn’t intending on writing a book when I started out, I just wanted to write down what happened in my life in order to go on. I was 45 years old.
Over time the story gained interest from family and friends and I finally was convinced from all the feedback I received that maybe I should make it a book. Although I resisted standard publishers and practices, I was able to sell copies via my web site, www.saldileo.com .
