Our oldest daughter, Jane, spent a year and a half working in an orphanage in Mexico, Nuestros Pequenos Hermanos (Our Little Brothers and Sisters). I know first hand from my daughter’s eyes that the work this organization does to save so many lives is amazing.They really love these kids. Recently, I received a letter from their fundraising arm in the US called, Friends Of The Orphans. Because of the world economic situation, donations are down. They have to cut back on food, power, and other services to make ends meet. They have orphanages in Latin America and the Caribbean. I was so worried for the kids.
