I have seen in my lifetime of almost 70 years, from my earliest memories in the late 1950’s to today, that we are a resilient nation made up of a lot of “throw-a-ways” from all the planet. We have come together and have made a beautiful quilt out of all those pieces. The common thread is the kindness and tolerance of Americans towards those who are different and those who are in need. It has always come through when things get tough. I also believe we have so many talented and hard working young people who will make the world a better place. I truly believe our future is bright. I am also grateful to all those who have helped me along the way in my personal life journey, and in my career, that has made all the difference. Sal. www.saldileo.com
